Important notes

*1 Scope of service
The offered services include analysis, consulting, configuration, hardening, implementation of technical measures and — depending on the offer — the creation or revision of websites and webshops. Only the scope described in the respective offer is binding. Additional work, special requests or extensions are only included after separate agreement.

*2 Technical limitations
Complex high-availability or cluster solutions, full infrastructure migrations, deep enterprise architecture planning, extensive custom development, comprehensive penetration tests or red-team simulations are not automatically included. Such services are only provided after separate review and explicit agreement.

*3 Security and liability notice
IT security measures, hardening, analysis and recommendations improve the security level but do not constitute an absolute security guarantee. Security is an ongoing process and requires regular updates, maintenance, review and adjustment. Changes by third parties, plugins, updates, hosting changes or new integrations may affect functionality, security and compatibility.

*4 Client responsibility
The client remains responsible for content, usage rights, legal mandatory information, data protection requirements, tax and accounting matters, product texts, age ratings and the general legal permissibility of the offer. Before changes to systems or content, the client is advised to create their own backups.

*5 Notice regarding sensitive or age-restricted content
Websites or webshops containing sensitive, youth-protection-relevant or adult-only content are only implemented after prior review. If content must only be accessible to adults, suitable technical protection measures such as age verification or access restrictions may be required.

*6 No support for unlawful content
Projects involving obviously unlawful, criminal or illegal content will not be implemented. In cases of clearly criminal relevance, I reserve the right to forward relevant information to the competent law-enforcement authorities or official reporting bodies.

Note: Depending on the content, youth-protection-relevant projects may require additional technical and legal measures. Individual legal review is not automatically part of the technical implementation.
